Ponda the Chef Privacy Policy

Ponda the Chef is an iPhone app published by Christian Patrick Suntay, publishing as Patrick Sun ("we"). You can reach us at support.pondathechef@gmail.com.

The app

Ponda the Chef doesn't collect personal data. It has no account, advertising, analytics or tracking, and no third-party code, and it doesn't ask for access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone or photo library. Your recipes, recipe photos, prices, cart and saved documents are stored only on your iPhone, and we can't see them. To add a photo to a recipe, you choose it in Apple's photo picker, which gives the app only that photo; the app keeps a smaller copy without the photo's location or camera details.

Data leaves your iPhone only when you choose to share or print it. When you share, iOS lets you choose where it goes, and that destination's privacy policy applies to what you send. Your iPhone's backup settings, such as iCloud Backup, decide whether the app's data is included in your device backups.

To delete your data, delete it in the app, or delete the app. We don't hold a copy.

Support emails

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. If the app can't open its library, it offers to share the damaged library file; if you choose to send that file to us, it contains your recipes, prices and cart. We use what you send only to reply and to fix the problem, we don't share it with anyone, and we delete support emails and attachments within 12 months of resolving your request. To have them deleted sooner, email support.pondathechef@gmail.com.

This website

This website has no analytics, advertising or tracking. Our hosting provider, Lovable, and the network that delivers the site, Cloudflare, set technical cookies needed to serve it securely, and keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working.

Children

Ponda the Chef is a general-audience cooking tool, not directed at children, and it collects no personal data from anyone.
