Ponda the Chef Terms of Use

By using Ponda the Chef you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.
1. License
On iPhone, Ponda the Chef is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement together with these terms. When the Android version is released on Google Play, Google Play's terms will apply to it as well.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use the app for anything unlawful, or try to reverse-engineer or disrupt it.
3. Purchases
On iPhone, Ponda the Chef is a paid app sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment and refunds under its terms. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
4. Recipes, amounts and costs
Recipes, amounts and costs in the app are for general guidance. Costs are estimates from the prices you enter. Scaling changes amounts, not cooking times. Check ingredients, allergens, cooking times, temperatures and food safety yourself, especially when cooking for others. Allergens are shown as entered; the app doesn't check them.
5. Photos
Photos of the premade recipes come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under their licenses (CC0, CC BY and CC BY-SA) or are in the public domain. Each is credited on its recipe and in Settings › Photo credits.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
